1. Put the curd in a deep bowl and remember it with a fork to knead all the lumps. If the curd is very wet, then the excess moisture must be removed. To do this, put it in a sieve or cheesecloth and leave for 20 minutes to drain all the whey, then add salt and flour to the curd.
