Dried carrot flakes or rings can be viewed as diet chips that can be consumed just like that. In addition, all vitamins and minerals are preserved in dried vegetables, and fresh root crops lose part of their "strategic reserve" by spring. Another pleasant moment - the calorie content of dry carrot slices is much lower than that of a fresh vegetable, while the taste is quite pleasant.
