But note that ripe, juicy, but firm fruits are best suited for baking. Baked apples should be eaten hot while they are still hot. This rule must be remembered!

1. Wash the apples and dry well with a paper towel. Use a knife to cut out the core, the depth of which you can adjust yourself, depending on the amount of filling. To remove the core, try to be careful not to pierce the apple through, otherwise, when baking, it will not retain its shape and fall apart.

2. Prepare the nuts. I use peanuts that I bought already roasted and peeled. Well, you can use walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews and other types.
