  • Lard - 25 g

1. Cut the bread into slices about 1 cm thick. If you want all the sandwiches to be the same, then buy sliced bread. The type of bread can be: black, white, rye, baguette, loaf … Also, for piquancy, you can dry the bread in a clean and dry frying pan to make croutons.

2. Cut the bacon into thin slices and place on the bread. Lard can be with or without meat slots.
