1. Defrost the dough naturally without using a microwave oven. It is better to do it correctly, for a long time, on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. Then sprinkle the tabletop and rolling pin with flour and roll it into a thin layer no more than 5 mm thick. Cut the dough into rectangular pieces about 12x16 cm in size.
