This cake will be a great dessert for an everyday family evening. The house will be filled with an amazing aroma and breath of real autumn - warm, generous, peaceful and sweet.

For this pie, Hungarian plum is best, although other varieties with dense pulp will also work, and in winter you can use plum jams or frozen fruits. When baked, the plum can produce juice that will slightly saturate the dough. But if you want the cake to be loose, then sprinkle the berries with starch. This will partially thicken the juice of the berries.

You can bake the pie over the entire baking sheet, and then cut it into square pieces. However, today I cooked it in the usual round shape, so the product was enough for only 4 people. Although any other convenient and available forms are suitable here. Serve the cake deliciously with a scoop of ice cream, it will perfectly emphasize the pure, bright plum flavor.

3. Place plums in a skillet and turn on moderate heat.

5. Fry the plums, stirring occasionally until soft. Here you can only fry the berries, or keep them on the stove for longer so that they turn into a state of jam. Do what you like best.

6. Roll out the dough into a thin layer and line in a baking dish. Make small neat sides by trimming off the excess dough.

7. Spread the plum filling evenly on top of the dough. If there is dough left, then make them a grate with which to cover the cake. My product turned out to be open. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and send the pie to bake for 30 minutes. It cooks quickly, so don't overdo it. The dough is thin and the cake can burn quickly. Decorate the finished baked goods with whipped cream and serve.
