Step by step cooking:

  1. Combine milk and cream and bring to a boil.
  2. Pour cocoa powder into the milk liquid and mix well with a whisk until completely dissolved.
  3. Beat the yolks with sugar until light fluffy mass.
  4. Pour the yolks into the milk-chocolate mixture in a thin stream.
