If you are overtaken by situations when you need to quickly prepare a delicious dessert, then raisins in chocolate is a dessert, just from that series. Spend a minimum of time for cooking, and the guests will be satisfied no less than a piece of cake, which will probably take no less than 1.5 hours to cook. Any fruit in chocolate glaze is always a delicious way to enjoy the taste of berries and chocolate at the same time.

In the preparation of this dessert, one should pay attention to the fact that the grapes are not only sweet, aromatic and tasty, but also large in size. Well, and, of course, that they were pitted! It is also important that the raisins are ripe, but at the same time strong without damage. Cook this delicious dessert, experiment with tastes and combinations, than spoil your loved ones with new goodies.

Chocolate, depending on preferences and the nature of the holiday, can be white, milk or black. If the berries are very sweet, then dark bitter chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70% will well emphasize the taste. Sweet and sour fruits can be paired with milk or white chocolate.

3. In a water bath (place the container with chocolate on a pot of boiling water so that the first one does not touch the boiling water) or in a microwave oven, melt the chocolate. Make sure that it does not boil, otherwise it will acquire a bitter taste. Dip the grapes into a soft chocolate mass and rotate them several times so that they are evenly covered with chocolate glaze on all sides. For this process, it is most convenient to string the raisins on a toothpick or skewer.
