Useful tips for using ginger for your face

When choosing a spice, pay attention to the firm roots and smooth skin. For frozen storage, cut them unpeeled into small pieces, wrap tightly and place in the freezer. So they are stored for six months.

And now about cleansing. The most common way to remove a thin peel is to scrape it off with a spoon - this way it is easily separated, thereby preserving vitamins and nutrients in the root. Do not use a traditional peeler for this - it generates more waste than necessary. Turn the spoon inward when scraping.
