At the height of the strawberry season, we will use the gift of nature and bake pancakes with this berry, and the basis for the dough will be beer. The tandem of sweet red fruits and a low-alcohol drink creates a piquant combination, thanks to which the leaflets acquire a delicate structure and an amazing unique delicate taste. Such a dessert will not leave indifferent any eater, incl. even a discerning foodie. Baking will be a great alternative for breakfast, afternoon tea or dinner for the whole family, incl. and for children. After all, there is not a drop of alcohol in beer pancakes, since it evaporates entirely during frying. All that remains in them is a pleasant yeast flavor and a slight hoppy smell of beer, which, in combination with strawberries, creates an excellent healthy snack.

Step-by-step preparation of strawberry-baked beer pancakes:

1. Remove the beer from the refrigerator in advance so that it reaches room temperature. Pour it into a bowl and add vegetable oil.

3. Stir the liquid ingredients to make a homogeneous mixture.

Note: Hot pancakes can be cooked differently. Pour the pancake dough into the pan and immediately add the strawberries, cut into thin slices. Next, fry the pancakes as usual.
