What does the meat taste like? Very soft with a subtle coconut aroma and a very light coconut flavor. If you have never tried using coconut milk for main dishes, then you should prepare a small portion. Be sure to try a freshly prepared hot dish, and then completely cooled down and infused for a couple of hours. The taste in these two cases will be different. Many people like the second option. Therefore, if you did not immediately like the meat, try the second option. Boil rice for a side dish. It will be the perfect combination.
