Many people start their day with a plate of oatmeal seasoned with fruits, honey, nuts - this is a quick, tasty and very energetic breakfast. Our recipe will help you to take a fresh look at oatmeal, because we will cook it in a jar! Suddenly? - Yes! Tasty? - Undoubtedly!

Lazy oatmeal is cooked without your mediocre participation - overnight in the refrigerator. It can be taken as a snack for work, school or a long walk. For her, you will need medium or finely ground flakes (not instant cooking), kefir, walnuts and any fruits. We chose apples, but you can choose seasonal fruits or berries to your liking. You can use any dried fruits, nuts, seeds. Sweeten the lazy oatmeal with honey. If there is no honey in the house, you can replace it with jam or, at worst, sugar. 1. To prepare lazy oatmeal, we need a small jar, for example, from chocolate paste or baby food - it all depends on your appetite. Pour a little kefir at the bottom of the jar. We took kefir of medium fat content, 2.5%. For a dietary option, take kefir with a minimum percentage of fat.
