There are recipes that, for some unknown reason, come from somewhere and take root forever! I bake chocolate muffins very often, especially when I am too lazy to prepare complex cakes, and I want something tasty for tea. I love this recipe for the speed of preparation and amazing taste! This extraordinary pastry combines the softness of biscuit text, the delight of chocolate flavor and the juiciness of cherries.

To make a regular cupcake chocolate, you just need to add cocoa to the list of ingredients. You cannot save on this product, because both the color and taste of the finished product will depend on the amount of cocoa. The smaller the product, the whiter and lighter the cake color will be. The classic proportion of such an additive is 3-4 tablespoons, then the cake will turn out to be almost black, with a noble brown color and a thick rich chocolate taste. But you can also put melted dark chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 56%.

You can bake a treat in the traditional way, in one large mold, or you can make it in small portioned tins. These can be silicone or iron molds. Lubricate the latter with oil first. You can also use single-use, single-use muffin molds.
