1. Place the oatmeal in a deep bowl, add sugar if desired.

2. Pour boiling water over the oatmeal, close the container with something (lid or saucer) and leave to infuse for 5-7 minutes so that the flakes absorb all the liquid, swell and double in volume.

3. Meanwhile, while the oatmeal is steaming, break the cookies into small pieces, and if they are fresh, wash the strawberries and remove the tails. If you use frozen berries, then defrost them first, for example, in the evening. Cut large strawberries into 2-4 pieces.

4. When the oatmeal is done, start shaping your breakfast. In principle, you can put all the products in a deep plate in any order and even mix. But I suggest that it is not only tasty, but also beautiful. Therefore, choose wide clear glasses or clear bowls. Place half of the brewed oatmeal on the bottom.
