Green tea tonic is perhaps the simplest cosmetic product prepared with the participation of the product. By and large, you can simply pour boiling water over the leaves, insist them, cool them, and now a healthy lotion is ready, however, recipes in which the product is combined with other useful components will be more effective.

Several recipes for green tea face lotions:

  1. Mineral water … Measure a teaspoon of dry green tea brew, put in a mug, pour in 150 ml of mineral water, preheating it a little. Also put in 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. Leave the tonic in the refrigerator overnight, you can use it in the morning.
  2. With lemon and lavender oil … Pour 2 tsp into a glass. green tea, pour boiling water over, close the lid and let it brew for 10 minutes. Strain, add 2 tsp. lemon juice and a few drops of lavender essential oil. The tonic is ready.
  3. With parsley … Pour a teaspoon of green tea into a mug, pour 100 ml of boiling water and leave to brew for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop some parsley, put in tea and leave for a few hours. After the tonic can be applied.
  4. With chamomile … Mix equal proportions of green tea and chamomile flowers, put in a mug, pour boiling water over. Proportion: for 2 tsp. mixture - 1 cup boiling water. It is necessary to insist the broth for at least 15 minutes, after which 10-15 ml of apple cider vinegar is added to it. After cooling completely, the tonic is ready.
  5. With mint, lemon and vodka … Pour 1 teaspoon of tea with a glass of boiling water, immediately add 20 ml of good vodka to it. After the broth is infused, cool it and pour in a teaspoon of lemon juice. Please note: This toner should not be used on sensitive or dry skin.

Unfortunately, a tonic for one time, as a mask, for example, cannot be prepared, as a result, a rather large amount of a natural remedy without preservatives is obtained, and the question arises of how to preserve it. The ideal solution is to pour the lotion into ice cube trays and freeze. Green tea ice for the face will be good both in the morning and in the evening. At the beginning of the day, it will perfectly invigorate, and before bedtime it will be able to relieve fatigue from the skin, just do not carry out the procedure directly at night, especially if you have a hard time falling asleep.

Before wiping your face with ice and green tea, so that it is comfortable, take a piece with a dry napkin - so your hands will not be cold, and it will not slip out of your hands.

Note! If you do not want to freeze the tonic, store it in the refrigerator, but no more than 2-3 days. After this time, you will have to prepare a new one.
