Ingredients:

  • Frozen grape leaves - 50 pcs.
  • Meat - 800 g (in the classic version of lamb)
  • Rice - 100 g
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Greens (fresh or dried) - 20 g
  • Ground red pepper - 1/3 tsp
  • Ground black pepper - a pinch
  • Vegetable oil - for frying
  • Salt - 1 tsp

Step by step preparation of dolma from frozen grape leaves:

1. Peel and chop the onions into small cubes.

2. Fry it until transparent in a skillet in vegetable oil.
