  • Cheese - 100 g
  • Vegetable oil - for frying

  • Ground black pepper - a pinch

1. Wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut them into rings or half rings. Remove the film from the sausage and cut it into thin half rings as well as the tomatoes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. You can cut the sausage thinner by 2 mm, and the larger tomatoes - 5 mm.

2. Wash the zucchini, dry with a towel and cut into rings of 5-7 mm.
