Vegetable stew is a hit on the summer menu. However, if you have stocks of frozen vegetables in the freezer, you can enjoy such a meal all year round. A stew is made from a wide variety of vegetables. These are eggplants, zucchini, bell peppers, carrots, onions, tomatoes, potatoes - this is the main set of products. However, vegetable stew recipes may include other foods as well. For example, cabbage, red beans, feta cheese, green asparagus, soy sprouts, meat, minced meat, corn grains, etc. Therefore, every eater will find a recipe for a vegetable stew to his taste.

Today I propose a winter version of a stew with minced meat in tomato and frozen bell peppers and asparagus. Minced meat and vegetables benefit in flavor by cooking and juicing each other at the same time. This is the perfect stew, where all products are distinguished: both in taste and in consistency. The only link is the sauce in which they are stewed. This is an excellent two-in-one dish, which can be supplemented with nothing and can be used on its own. It is even easier to prepare than fresh vegetables in summer. Because the frozen vegetables have already been washed, peeled and sliced.
