Cooking baked crucian carp with sour cream sauce is as easy as shelling pears. You will spend a maximum of 40-50 minutes for the entire cooking process. Such a meal can be made not only on weekdays, but also on a festive table. If you are a lover of healthy food, then cook this fish recipe in a multicooker or double boiler. There, crucian carp will retain maximum useful properties. You can serve such a fish dish along with boiled potatoes, spaghetti or rice. And for dinner, only a fresh vegetable salad will be enough.

1. Scrape the fish with a scraper to remove all the scales. Cut open the belly and remove all entrails. Be sure to cut out the gills as they impart an unpleasant aroma and taste. Rinse the carcass under running water and wipe dry with a paper towel. Use a sharp knife to make cross-shaped cuts on both sides so that the sauce penetrates the fish better. Select the size of a baking sheet and place the prepared carp on it. Optionally, for safety reasons, you can grease the baking sheet with a very thin layer of vegetable oil so that the fish does not stick to the surface.

2. Prepare the sauce. Pour sour cream into a deep container and put mustard. You can use any mustard: from a can, dry or whole. Wash the lemon, cut it in half and squeeze the juice from one part.
