  • Meat - 500-600 g (any variety)
  • Potatoes - 5-6 pcs.
  • Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp or to taste
  • Vegetable oil - for frying
  • Bay leaf - 3 pcs.
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Carnation - 3 buds
  • Dried ground garlic - 1 tsp
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Allspice peas - 6 pcs.
  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste

1. This recipe uses pork, but you can use any other type of meat. So, peel the selected piece from the film, cut off excess fat if desired and cut across the fibers into medium-sized pieces.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add meat. Arrange it in a single layer to brown the pieces. Otherwise, if they are dumped by a mountain, they will begin to stew, give off juice and the dish will turn out to be less juicy.

3. Saute the meat over medium-high heat until the chunks acquire a golden hue. Meanwhile, peel the onions, wash, chop in half rings and add to the pan with meat.

4. Reduce heat to medium mode and continue frying for another 10-15 minutes until the onions become translucent and the meat golden brown.

5. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes.
