The grains, along with the toppings, are poured with cold liquid and left overnight in the refrigerator, and in the morning you will have delicious porridge ready!

  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Coconut flakes - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp

1. Pour the oatmeal into the jar. Their number should be about half the can. The size of the can can be any, but most often the standard capacity of 0.5 liters is used. The neck of the container should be wide so that it is convenient to eat porridge with a spoon directly from the jar. But if you don't have a glass jar, then any plastic container, bowl, or small saucepan will do.

2. Place pumpkin puree on top. It can be made from boiled or baked pumpkin, and a few days before the porridge is cooked. After puréing the pumpkin after cooking, keep it in the refrigerator and use it as directed.
