  • Duck - 0.5 carcasses
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Lemon - 1 pc.
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Ground black pepper - a pinch
  • Vegetable oil - for frying
  • Any spices, herbs and spices - to taste and desire

1. Wash the duck, scrape the skin with an iron sponge to remove the black tan. remove all the fat, especially the tail. Divide the poultry into pieces and select those to use for cooking. 4. In another skillet, heat vegetable oil and sauté onion until transparent.

5. Combine the onion and duck in one skillet. Stir, turn on medium heat, and continue to cook for about 5 minutes more.

6. Wash the lemon and cut into two halves, squeeze the juice out of each. If you come across seeds, then remove them.
