The recipe for chopped chicken breast cutlets is a common dish and there is nothing special about it. There are as many options for cooking chopped cutlets as there are classic ones made from minced meat. The main advantage of this recipe is its special tenderness. Therefore, it is possible not to add mayonnaise to the minced meat. The finished product literally melts in the mouth, which is why so many people love it.

The very name of the cutlets already speaks for itself. To prepare them, the meat is chopped into small pieces, and not chopped with a blender. And neither a loaf nor buns are added to the composition. Eggs, starch or flour are used to hold the mass together. Often mushrooms and cheese are added for taste. The second also serves as a glue. Also, depending on the recipe, the minced meat sometimes includes vegetables, such as carrots, onions, herbs. And since the minced meat turns out to be quite liquid, then it is laid out in a frying pan with a tablespoon, like pancakes.
