  • Second, coffee is prepared in cold water. During the cooking process, it is not subjected to heat treatment. This technology is used to prepare frappe from instant coffee and cold bru from natural grains. The latter came into fashion several years ago and was already gaining its popularity.

  • Natural coffee frappe. To prepare it, you need one serving (70-80 ml) of chilled espresso or oriental coffee, the same proportion of milk, finely crushed ice (2 tablespoons), ice cream (2 tablespoons) and nuts (1 tsp..l.). Load all ingredients into a blender and beat at high speed.
  • Instant coffee frappe. Pour instant coffee (2 tsp) and sugar (2 tsp) into cold water (2-3 tablespoons). Beat everything with a blender until foam forms. Then add 5 crushed ice cubes and beat again until a thick foam forms. Pour the drink into a glass, add milk, ice cream or syrup (1 tsp).

Cold Bru coffee

Cold brew is prepared by steeping and cooling the drink to the desired temperature. Its popularity is so great that manufacturers of coffee equipment create entire units for its preparation. For home production, a conventional French press is used.

For cold brews, pour medium-ground coffee of good quality with cold water. It is recommended to take bottled or filtered water. But don't use tap water. Leave the drink to infuse overnight without lowering the press. In the morning, squeeze out the thick with a press.

Ready-made cold brus is used not only on its own, but also mixed with other products (ice cream, ice), included in cocktails and drinks.

Ice coffee
