Ingredients:

  • Meat (lean) - 500 g
  • Lard - 50-100 g
  • Bulb onions - 3 pcs.
  • Rye bread or semolina - 200 g

Cooking diet cutlets in the oven:

  1. Thoroughly chop the meat and lard in a blender or using a meat grinder.
  2. Separate the crust from the bread, soak the crumb in boiled water, squeeze well. Peel the onion, grate for mashed potatoes or pass through a meat grinder as well. If there is no bread, then replace it with semolina.
  3. Mix ingredients, add pepper, salt. Mix the minced meat well.
  4. Form the patties in the usual way and place on a baking sheet. Cover the baking sheet with parchment so that the cutlets do not stick. Plus, you don't have to use oil like that. Bake in the oven, preheating it. The temperature should be around 180-200 degrees. Keep cutlets in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
