Buckwheat with mushrooms is a very simple, but tasty and aromatic dish. Of course, this dish is not for the festive table, but in everyday life it often helps out. In addition, it is very easy to prepare, however it depends on the choice of mushrooms. In addition, the taste of the finished dish will also depend on the variety of mushrooms. The easiest way is to use champignons or oyster mushrooms. But if there are frozen individuals in the freezer or canned ones in the pantry, then they can be used as well. Since they are usually boiled before being prepared.

Buckwheat in a dish can also be different. For example, if you like boiled grains, boil it immediately after washing. To make the porridge more crumbly, lightly fry the cereal in a dry frying pan. I must also say that this product contains a lot of fiber, and doctors say that it should be present in the menu of every person. Therefore, this dish is also very healthy.

1. Sort the buckwheat by sorting out dust and stones. Transfer to a fine sieve and rinse under running water. Pour into a saucepan, cover with water, add salt and cook on the stove. Water should be twice as much in volume as cereals. The porridge will be ready about 15 minutes after boiling. Taste it, it should be soft.

4. Stir the porridge, add a little vegetable oil and simmer over low heat under a closed lid for about 5 minutes. Serve the finished dish immediately after cooking.

This dish is suitable for those who observe the fast or watch their figure. You can supplement it with fried onions or carrots. And if you are not worried about extra pounds, then make the dish more satisfying by putting butter or sour cream instead of vegetable.
