Cooking cheesecakes with cottage cheese and raisins

  1. To do this, take 270 ml of milk, heat it slightly. When it heats up, you need to put sugar and yeast there. Leave the milk for 10 minutes until the cap is formed.
  2. Then melt the butter, add it to the milk mass along with 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Next, put flour there and knead the elastic dough. The dough should rise, so we leave it somewhere in a warm place.
  3. Then the dough must be kneaded and placed in the heat again. When it comes up again, you need to cut it into several small pieces, which then need to be rolled into balls.
  4. We place the balls in a warm place. While they are coming up, we prepare the filling. We take 500 grams of cottage cheese, add sugar, 4 yolks, butter, a spoonful of flour, raisins and vanillin to it. Stir everything until a thick mass is obtained.
