Any lavash itself is suitable for the dish, the main thing is that it is thin and of sufficient size so that you can wrap the fish. Of the vegetables, I used only carrots, but you can experiment with gastronomic discoveries by supplementing it with sautéed onions, fried mushrooms, slices of fresh potatoes, etc.

This method of cooking fish is very beneficial in that additional side dishes are not required for this dish, because "Lavash breading" is already serving as a hearty side dish.
