Dear hostesses and readers of our cookbook! Today I want to introduce you to a simple recipe for a quick, tasty and simple lean cookie on a cucumber brine. This anti-crisis pastry was very popular back in the 90s, and over time, it lost its leading position and gave way to modern sweets. Although with such a wide variety of gourmet baked goods, sometimes you want to return to proven simple cookie recipes.

The kneaded dough according to this recipe is baked in two ways. The first is to roll the dough thinly, and then the cookies will be crumbly and crunchy. The second is to roll a ball with your hands, which you slightly press down, you get baked goods that look like soft gingerbread. Also, two types of products can be made from one dough at once: both thin crunches and soft buns.

In any case, whichever baking option you make, it will be tasty, dietary, economical, lean, and in many cases will help out. Note that the recipe contains honey, which plays the role of a sweetener. But if you or family members are allergic to this bee product, then replace it with plain or brown sugar. The second will be more useful, and the baked goods will be more aromatic.
