Juicy plums are an excellent filling for baking. Cupcakes, cakes, pies, pastries, crumbles - in all these products, plums are in good harmony. Berries are suitable for filling in pies and puffs, as well as for interlayers of cakes and pastries. Luxurious, juicy, fragrant … Plums cannot but be liked, especially in confectionery. You take a bite, and you enjoy the most delicate pulp, you taste it, and you cannot stop. Taste, color, smell … everything in them is excellent. They have an amazing feature: they turn desserts into a royal treat.

Of the various types of pastries, pies without kneading dough are my favorite lately. You just pour flour into the mold, oil or cream it, spread the fruit filling and send it to the oven. What could be easier? I prepare such products often, and always successfully. If you love to cook and eat homemade cakes, then you will definitely like this charming product. This is real perfection, continuous harmony and tender dough, and sweet and sour plum taste gives a huge range of positive emotions.

  • Baking soda - 5 g
  • Plums - 500 g
  • Sour cream - 100 g
  • Semolina - 150 g
  • Refined sugar - 100 g or to taste
  • Butter - 100 g

1. Pour semolina into a clean and dry container.

3. Then put in baking soda and add sugar, the amount of which you can adjust yourself to your liking. Mix all dry ingredients.

6. Spread half of the pitted plums in an even layer. Berries can be used fresh or frozen. Ice cream must first be thawed, fresh washed and dried. Any form of cutting can be: halves, quarters or small cubes. The main thing is to remove the bones.

7. Sprinkle berries with another 1/3 of the dry mixture and also pour sour cream over it.

11. We heat the oven to 180 degrees and send the product to bake for 40 minutes. We bake the first 20 minutes under covered foil, then remove it so that the cake is browned.
