Salads are a very numerous category of dishes, which includes all kinds of products. Recently, light, dietary and non-fatty salads have become increasingly popular, while having a high nutritional value and excellent taste. For the preparation of such dishes, any meat (poultry, beef, pork), meat products (sausage, sausages, ham), all kinds of offal (heart, tongue, liver) are used. Vegetables, cheese, mushrooms, eggs and herbs are not a bad addition. These dishes are usually seasoned with vegetable or olive oil, or low-fat yogurt.

In this master class, I decided to offer you to cook a hearty and tasty, but not quite ordinary salad. It contains the healthiest beets with wild garlic, hearty chicken and eggs. The dish is dressed with a spicy light sauce. If desired, before serving, the salad is decorated with sesame seeds. Served cool. Such a salad is perfect for lunch or evening meals.

  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Ramson - medium bunch
  • Mustard - 1/3 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Low-fat sour cream - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste

1. Boil the beets in lightly salted water and cool completely. Then peel and grate on a coarse grater. Since the beets are cooked for about 2 hours, and about the same amount is cooled, I recommend preparing them in advance, for example, in the evening.

You can prepare beets in another way - bake in the oven in foil. It takes the same amount of time to prepare, but it retains much more vitamins. It can also be cooked in a double boiler.

2. Wash wild garlic leaves and pat dry with a paper towel. Trim the tails, and cut the leaves into strips and add to the bowl to the beets. Since wild garlic has a garlic aroma, I recommend preparing the salad for an evening meal.

3. Cut the smoked chicken meat into strips and send to the salad bowl with all the products. Instead of this type of meat, you can use any other of your choice.

4. Combine sour cream, soy sauce and mustard in a small bowl. Stir well to distribute food evenly.

5. Season the salad with the dressing and mix well. Soak it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.

6. Meanwhile, boil the eggs. To do this, dip them into cold water and place them on the stove. Boil them for 8 minutes after boiling. Then transfer to ice water to cool. Peel and cut into 2-4 halves. Quail eggs can be used instead of chicken eggs for salad. They will look beautiful on a platter.

Put the chilled salad on a wide flat plate and garnish with boiled eggs.
