This original and easy recipe for a spicy and tender appetizer looks like Rafaello sweets, only in green color. It takes you a little time to prepare it, and the variability of the ingredients in the composition gives the taste variety. I want to note that, despite the fact that the appetizer is very tasty, I still think that it is not for everybody's taste, since the cheese has a slightly salty taste, the garlic is quite sharp, and not everyone likes olives.

It is advisable to prepare such an appetizer in advance so that it has time to cool and the balls remain dense for a longer time. Otherwise, the cheese will melt a little at room temperature and it will not be very convenient to eat the snack. Try to form balls as little as possible, then they will look more elegant and it will be more convenient to eat them.

In this recipe, a classic and fairly successful combination of products is familiar to everyone: cheese, mayonnaise and garlic. The highlight of the dish, of course, is the olive stuffed with tomato. However, I note that you can always experiment with this recipe. For example, an olive can be stuffed with pickled and fresh cucumber, lemon, anchovies, nuts. And you can bread the ball instead of dill with crab shavings, nut crumbs, sesame seeds, etc.

1. Remove the olives from the jar. I recommend putting them in a sieve so that all the excess liquid is glass. After the tomato, wash, dry and cut into thin small slices, which stuff the olives. By the way, to make it easier for yourself to work with stuffing olives, you can buy them ready-made.

2. Next, prepare the cheese breading. To do this, grate processed cheese and a hard-boiled egg on a fine grater, squeeze the garlic through a press and pour in mayonnaise. Boil the egg in advance so that it has time to cool, because if you use it hot, the breading will be very soft, which will be inconvenient in forming balls.

4. Wash the dill, dry well and chop finely. The dill must be very well dried, without excess moisture. Otherwise, the water will soak the cheese ball and it will not hold its shape.

5. Take a serving of the cheese filling and wrap it around the olive. Put the resulting ball in the chopped dill, and roll it several times so that it is covered all over with it. After that, put the appetizer on a dish and send it to the refrigerator to cool. Then the cheese ball will freeze and it will be convenient to use it.
