Despite the fact that now a huge amount of frozen vegetables is sold in supermarkets, but it is the zucchini that is best frozen at home. They behave quite "well" in freezing. At the same time, all useful properties are preserved in them as much as possible. The technology for freezing them is quite simple. Young zucchini are cut together with the skin into cubes or circles and placed in the freezer in impervious bags.

Unfortunately, during defrosting, the zucchini will lose their taste a little, and, of course, they will be softer than fresh ones. Therefore, they will not be suitable for frying with a crispy crust. But you can still stew them with other vegetables, make mashed potatoes or make caviar.
