The process of making these sweets resembles a kind of magic. Because the result is a unique sweet piece of confectionery art with an amazing aroma and unique taste. In these sweets, walnuts, as you might guess, play the first violin in the symphony of taste. Of course, any nuts can be cooked using the same technology.

Walnuts, however, like any others, have a unique combination of mineral and nutrients, since they have long been successfully used in confectionery production. Rich in proteins, pronounced taste, a wide range of vitamins and minerals. All this will be appreciated by both small and big lovers of sweets, and even more so of high-quality and natural ones.

For making sweets, I use nuts, which are covered with chocolate glaze. You can make the icing yourself, or you can just melt the chocolate bar. In both cases, it will be tasty and healthy. Eating such sweets, for adults with a cup of coffee, and a small glass of milk, will charge you with optimism, energy and vigor for the whole day in the morning. And if you still think that it is impossible to cook such original culinary masterpieces on your own, then I will now teach you how to make this delicacy.

1. Break the chocolate into pieces. If you have nuts in their shells, peel them first. Try to do this so that the nuclei remain intact. In many ways, the quality of peeling nuts depends on the type of product itself. If you wish, you can pre-pierce the nuts in a pan, so the sweets will be tastier, but at the same time more high-calorie.

2. Sort out the peeled nuts to use for the candy. They should be large, even, and free from kinks.

3. Attach a toothpick to each kernel of the nut. This is where you hold the nut during the glaze.

4. Place the chocolate in a bowl, which is placed on a container with water. Melt it over medium heat until soft, but do not bring it to a boil, otherwise it will taste bitter. Then remove it from the heat and lower the nuts one by one. Roll it in all directions so that it is evenly glazed.
