1. Put the dough on the table, powdered with flour and roll it into a thin rectangular layer (3 mm) (25 * 45 cm). Place it on baking paper and place it on a baking tray. If the dough is frozen, defrost it naturally without using the microwave. Otherwise, it will strongly melt and lose all layering.
