Milk jelly is simple, tasty and healthy. To prepare this dessert, you will need a minimum of products: milk, coffee, sugar and gelatin. Although cream and cocoa can be used as a base. You can also apply a variety of additives of your choice here. For example, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla sugar, chocolate, fruit juices, or fruits.

This dessert is prepared on the basis of gelatin. This is a product that contains substances important for the body, such as amino acids. Among them is an excellent prophylactic agent (glycine) for arthritis. It is essential for the repair of damaged bones and cartilage. And in combination with milk, which contains calcium, the result and effect of such a healthy dessert is obvious! However, gelatin has one drawback: when it is in the fresh air for a long time, it begins to melt. It is especially dangerous to keep the dessert in the sun. These delicacies should be consumed immediately from the refrigerator. If you want the dessert to be on the table for a longer time, then use agar-agar instead of gelatin. This product will not allow your dessert to melt, even in direct sunlight.
