Potato casserole with meat, the recipe for which I want to share, is great for everyday and festive tables. If you are preparing it for the first time, then you should consider some important points:

  • For a crispy crust, brush the last layer of the casserole with sour cream.
  • The top last part should always be cheesy. The cheese is grated or cut into thin slices.
  • If raw meat is used, it is better to beat it off on both sides so that the fibers soften.
  • Bake it first under the foil, and then without it.

Ingredients:

  • Pork tenderloin - 500 g
  • Potatoes - 4 tubers
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Cheese - 100-150 g
  • Sour cream - 100 ml
  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste

1. Wash and strip the meat from films and veins. Dry with a cotton towel and cut into 1-1.5 cm thin slices like chops. Beat each slice with a kitchen hammer on both sides.

5. Scatter the onion over the potatoes. If you like it baked, then you can increase the amount of onion to the desired one. If you do not prefer a vegetable in your dishes at all, then exclude it from the recipe.
