I propose to recall a simple recipe for hot sandwiches with egg and cheese, or as they are also called - quick Adjarian khachapuri. This delicious quick snack satisfies hunger well and requires a minimum of cooking time. Such simple sandwiches can be prepared not only for breakfast. They are perfect for a snack in between meals. A sandwich with egg and cheese will not leave anyone indifferent, especially fans of oriental dishes will like it. After all, no one can deny themselves the pleasure of eating a delicious bun topped with an egg omelet with soft yolk and stringy cheese.

The recipe requires the simplest set of ingredients found in every refrigerator. You can cook sandwiches in the oven or microwave. 1. From a piece of loaf, cut a slice 1, 5-2 cm thick. Bread does not have to be fresh - you can use yesterday's.

2. Cut out some pulp from a slice of bread to make a small boat. Do this carefully so as not to damage the bottom of the piece, otherwise the egg may leak out during baking.

3. Grate the cheese on a medium grater and fill the place from which the bread pulp was removed. Leave some cheese to sprinkle on the sandwich.

4. Wash the egg, gently break it so as not to damage the yolk, and place the contents on the loaf on top of the cheese. Make sure that the egg does not drip from the loaf. For this, there must be a deepening of the appropriate depth.
