Today we have the second dish for the side dish - meat in tomato-soy sauce. This is a classic dish, the taste of which is familiar to many. But it is worth adding some unusual ingredients or spices to the recipe and the dish will "sparkle" with a completely different taste. In the proposed recipe, the "new" combination is tomato paste with soy sauce. The sauce turns out to be sour-salty, and the addition of vegetables gives the treat a completeness. To make the dish tasty and unusual, I added onions and carrots. But you can also put other vegetables: garlic, ginger, tomatoes, apples, peppers, or potatoes for satiety. Then you will immediately get meat with a side dish.

It turned out meat in tomato-soy sauce with a rather interesting taste, juicy, tender. I have not tasted any softer meat, it just melted in my mouth. Any type of meat can be used as the main ingredient: pork, beef, veal, chicken. By the way, this dish can be cooked without salt, which will be very important for many. Because the soy sauce is already salty. If you like a thicker gravy, you can thicken it by mixing the soy sauce with the starch. You can serve this dish with almost any side dish: potatoes or buckwheat, rice or vegetables.
