Buckwheat is one of the healthiest cereals, which should be included in the menu several times a week. Athletes love buckwheat for its protein content and low calorie content. But ordinary mortals, not burdened with the issue of proper nutrition, love buckwheat, for its taste. Therefore, today we propose to cook buckwheat with meat in a slow cooker. Meat can be taken from chicken, beef or pork. Just keep in mind that chicken breast with buckwheat, even with this preparation, will be dry, but this is not for everybody. We advise you to take thighs instead of the breast and cut the meat off them. It will turn out to be no less tasty and juicier. Better yet, take pork. They are the ones who have proven themselves best in this dish.
