Today is another version of a similar dish. We are going to prepare the "Panicle" salad, where the main ingredients of the salad are cabbage, beets and apples.

You can choose between red cabbage or Peking cabbage, and chop the selected cabbage into thin strips. Sprinkle the white or red one with a pinch of salt and remember with your hands to let the juice start. Peking cabbage does not need to be salted, it is very juicy and does not need additional juiciness.

2. Berté apples are sour or sweet and sour. They should be juicy, crunchy and firm. easily cut into strips or cubes. Soft and loose ones will not work. I did not remove the peel from the fruit, but there are exceptions. Therefore, you can peel the peel. Remove the seed box from the fruit and cut it into strips or grate.
