Meat is combined with many products, vegetables, herbs, mushrooms, cheese, fruits and dried fruits. Such salads can be prepared for a holiday and an ordinary family dinner. Serve them in layers or mix all the ingredients.

Below is a delicious warm salad with meat, mushrooms and fruits. I think many will like it. It is dressed with soy sauce. But if you wish, you can add other dressings. Pork is used as the meat component, although it can be replaced with another variety or even poultry. I have forest mushrooms frozen, but any of their types will do. It is very convenient to cook mushrooms or oyster mushrooms. These are artificially grown mushrooms that do not require lengthy and thorough processing. Apples and pears served as a fruit supplement. But also persimmon pieces, grapes, pineapple slices, etc. are suitable here.

  • Meat (any sort) - 300 g
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Ground black pepper - a pinch
  • Mushrooms (any kind) - 300 g
  • Soy sauce - for dressing
  • Pears - 1 pc.
  • Apples - 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil - for frying
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp

1. Wash the meat, cut off the films and excess fat. Wash under running water and cut into thin strips. Put the pan on the stove, add oil and heat. Place the pieces of meat in a skillet and fry quickly over high heat for about 1-2 minutes, so that it quickly becomes crusty. Then screw the temperature to medium and continue to fry, stirring occasionally until tender. At the end of cooking, season it with salt and pepper.

2. Wash the mushrooms and cut into strips. If you use frozen fruits, then defrost them beforehand, pour the dried ones with boiling water for half an hour, wash canned and fresh ones. Heat oil in another skillet and add mushrooms to fry. Season with salt and pepper. Bring them until tender over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

3. Onions with garlic, peel, wash and cut into strips. Send them to a skillet with butter and sauté until transparent.

4. Wash and dry apples with pears. With a special knife, remove the core with the seeds and cut into slices. Heat oil in a skillet and add fruit. Fry lightly until golden brown. Do not keep them on fire for a long time, otherwise they will acquire a soft texture and crumble.

5. Combine all food in one skillet. Season with soy sauce, stir and simmer for 1 minute. Remove the pan from the heat and serve the salad immediately.
