Curd biscuits are homemade baked goods, which, in addition to their taste, will delight the whole family with their useful composition. The fermented milk product at the base of the dough will saturate the body with balanced protein. In addition, it is rich in vitamins A, B2, B6, B12, E, P, folic acid, salts of iron, magnesium, calcium, sodium, zinc, fluorine and phosphorus, thanks to which it is easily absorbed and almost completely digested.

For children, cottage cheese is recommended from 5-7 months, and for adults and the elderly, it is simply necessary. It is better to use homemade or make it yourself from milk. This is the only way you can be sure of the quality and usefulness of the product. It also has to be fresh. It is known that homemade cottage cheese is stored for no more than 2 days.

Making cottage cheese cookies is a great way for many mothers, because children are not very fond of pure cottage cheese. And by hiding it in pretty cookies, you can be sure that they will ask for more. And the parents will be calm about the nutrition of the child, and the children will be happy.

The cookie dough is prepared with softened butter, fresh cottage cheese, sugar, wheat flour and baking powder. It turns out to be quite elastic and does not stick to your hands. Then you need to cool it a little, roll it out, push back the molds and bake.

Cookies are prepared very quickly, but they are eaten even faster. This delicate taste and pleasant aroma will not leave you indifferent.

Beat the cottage cheese until a pasty consistency

1. Beat cottage cheese with a blender until pasty. This will allow the dough to be smooth without grains. If there is no such unit as a hand blender on the farm, it doesn't matter, use a sieve. Rub the curd through it, it will also be saturated with air and acquire a creamier texture.

2. Divide the egg into yolk and white. Add the yolk to the cottage cheese, and we will need the protein a little later. Add half of the sugar, vanilla and softened butter (it must be removed from the refrigerator at least 2 hours before preparing the dough and kept at room temperature). Mix all ingredients well together.

3. Combine flour with baking powder and sift through a sieve several times. This will allow the cooked liver to be softer and fluffier. Then add it to the curd mass. Control the amount of flour yourself, it directly depends on the moisture and fat content of the cottage cheese.

7. Then place all figurines on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake until tender. This will take approximately 20 minutes, depending on the oven.

From this amount of ingredients, I got 3 baking sheets of different figures. I baked one by one, one by one. If you bake everything together, then you need to add the temperature, and it will take much more time, since the circulation of hot air will be distributed not to one, but to three baking sheets at once. Cool the finished cookies and serve. Enjoy your tea!
