1. Peel the garlic and carrots, rinse and cut into pieces of about 1 cm, smaller, but not larger. Otherwise, when stuffing, they will fall out of the meat.

2. Wash the pork and peel off the film. Remove fat as desired. If you prefer fatty and hearty dishes, leave it, otherwise cut it off.
