  1. Classic recipe … Sprinkle berries (1 kg) with sugar, let it brew overnight. Put on fire, bring to a boil, simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat when the jam has cooled, put it back on the fire and cook again for about 10 minutes. Repeat the cooking and cooling procedure until the desired thickness is obtained. Add citric acid (1/4 tsp), stir, arrange the dessert in the jars.
  2. Strawberry jam five minutes … Fold the berries (1 kg) into a saucepan with sugar (depending on the desired sweetness from 300 g to 1 kg), pouring layers - a little sugar, a little berries, then again sugar and again berries. Leave it on for 8-10 hours. Put on the stove on the smallest heat, after boiling, boil for 5 minutes and pour into jars. Of course, this jam will not turn out as thick as the classic one, but it cooks much faster. If you want to get a thick jam in 5 minutes, add pectin at the time of boiling at the rate of about 20 g per 1 kg of berries.
  3. Strawberry jam … Fold the berries (500 g) in a blender, mash. Put the puree in a saucepan, add sugar (to taste, but not less than a glass), stir, bring to a boil, stirring constantly, cook for a couple of minutes.   5. Blueberry and strawberry jam … Combine the berries in equal proportions (500 g each), sprinkle with sugar (500 g), leave for 8-12 hours. Put on the stove, turn on a low heat, after boiling, cook for 5 minutes. The jam can already be closed, but if you want a thicker texture, cool it, then boil it again and repeat the procedure until the desired thickness is obtained.

It is noteworthy that there is a way to make strawberry jam without boiling at all - it is called live. It is prepared as follows: the berries are whipped in a blender with sugar to taste, the mass is transferred to containers and put into the freezer. In this recipe, by the way, sugar can be easily replaced with pre-melted honey or other sweetener. By the way, live jam preserves the most useful components.

  1. Quick tea pie … Mix jam (400 g), vegetable oil (70 ml), sour cream (2 tablespoons), milk (70 ml). Sift flour (250 g), add soda (1.5 tsp) and vanillin (1 tsp) to it. Combine both mixtures, stir. Pour the dough into a mold, send to the oven for half an hour, temperature - 180OWITH.
  2. Sweet pizza … Roll the finished puff pastry (250 g) into a layer 3-4 mm thick, spread with sour cream (3 tablespoons), then strawberry jam (4 tablespoons). Cut bananas (2 pieces), apples (1 piece), kiwi (1 piece), grapes (100 g) into thin slices. Spread the fruit over the dough. Place the pizza in an oven preheated to 200OC, for 15-20 minutes.   3. Loose pie with strawberry jam … Sift flour (130 g), add oatmeal (75 g), white (70 g) and brown sugar (55 g), salt (pinch).   4. Jam marmalade … Pour gelatin (40 g) with warm water (100 ml), leave to swell. Put jam (200 g) in a saucepan, pour in water (200 ml), bring to a boil, put swollen gelatin. Stir until the gelatin dissolves, after a couple of minutes turn off the heat, add lemon juice (20 ml), beat the whole mass with a blender. Strain the resulting puree through a sieve, transfer to a form for hardening and put in the refrigerator.
  5. Open pie … For this recipe, strawberry jam with whole berries is ideal, the pie will look very beautiful. Mix egg (1 piece), sugar (100 g), softened butter (60 g). Gradually add flour (250 g) and loosen (8 g). You should have a stretchy shortbread dough. Roll it into a ball, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
