Preparation:

  1. Put 1 liter of drinking water on the stove to boil.
  2. Fry diced carrots and onions in olive oil. Saute vegetables until transparent.
  3. In boiling water, send frying, diced potatoes and spices.
  4. Grate the melted cheese or chop finely and dip in a saucepan when the potatoes are almost ready.
  5. Reduce heat to medium and stir constantly until all the cheese is dissolved.
  6. Add chopped dill, boil for 1 minute and turn off the stove. Cover the saucepan with a lid and leave the soup for 10 minutes.

  1. Dip the washed and medium-sized chicken fillet into a 2 liter saucepan. After boiling, put bay leaf, ground pepper and peas, and salt. Boil the broth for 20 minutes.

  • Butter - 30 g
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Refined vegetable oil - 60 g
  • Drinking water - 1.5 l
  • Ground black pepper - a pinch
  • Parsley greens - small bunch
  • Salt to taste

Step by step cooking:

  1. Pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan and put chopped onions to sauté.
  2. Cut the champignons into 2–4 pieces and add to the pan to the onion. Fry the mushrooms and onions for about 15 minutes, season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Boil a pot of water, reduce the temperature to medium and stir constantly, dissolving the processed cheese in it. Let the water boil and cook for 2 minutes.

  1. Cut the potatoes into cubes and dip in boiling water.
