  • Armenian thin lavash - 1 pc.
  • Apples (preferably sweet and sour varieties) - 3 pcs.
  • Sugar - 1-2 tablespoons or to taste
  • Butter - 20 g for frying apples and for greasing a roll
  • Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp optional

1. Wash and dry the apples with a paper towel. Use a special knife to remove the core and cut the flesh into medium-sized pieces or grate on a track. You can cut or leave the skin to your liking.

2. Put the pan on the stove, add butter and melt over medium heat.

3. Place the sliced apples in a skillet with melted butter. Season them with sugar and optionally ground cinnamon.

4. Caramelize apples over medium heat until golden brown. Stir occasionally to prevent them from burning. Do not keep them on fire for a very long time, so that they do not turn into a shapeless mass.
