Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings - 5-6 pcs.
  • White cabbage - 300 g
  • Potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Green peas (fresh, frozen, canned) - 150 g
  • Bay leaf - 3 pcs.
  • Allspice peas - 4 pcs.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper - to taste

1. Wash the wings, clean the remaining feathers and place in a saucepan. Add bay leaves and peppercorns.

I recommend buying chilled wings. They should have a light pink, even, shiny skin. If it is dull and sticky, then this indicates staleness of the product. And if the wings are too large, then the bird was fed hormonal drugs. It is better to refrain from such a product.

2. Fill the wings with water and place the pot on the stove. When the water boils, turn the heat to low and skim off all the foam.

3. While the broth is cooking, peel, wash and dice the potato tubers.

4. After 15 minutes of boiling the broth, add the wings to the saucepan.

5. Wash the cabbage and chop finely. If there are dirty leaves on the surface of the head of cabbage, then remove them.

6. 10 minutes before the potatoes are ready, place the shredded cabbage in a saucepan.

7. Wash the tomato and cut into 6-8 slices.

8. Place the tomatoes in a saucepan 5 minutes before the soup is ready.

9. Behind them are green peas. If you use it frozen, then add it to the pan earlier, for example, along with the cabbage.

10. Season the soup with salt and black pepper.

11. Let it boil with all the food and turn off the heat. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes and serve on bowls. If you wish, you can add any finely chopped greens to the soup.
