Consider the difference between our favorite and its other counterparts - coffee with baked milk. It is a tasty and low-calorie beverage made with a serving of freshly brewed espresso and baked milk. It is often chosen by those who are on a diet, want to lose weight, or simply lead a healthy lifestyle. For those who monitor their weight or for whom sweets are contraindicated, sugar can be excluded from the recipe, or honey can be added instead. Sugar-free coffee is considered a drink of true connoisseurs, and a drop of baked milk will add a pleasant aftertaste without changing the calorie content of the drink. It is interesting that the drink has a peculiarity: in different countries it is called differently. For example, in Italy coffee is called Cortado, in the Polish capital Warsaw coffee …

The basis for making such coffee is espresso coffee, which is usually brewed with a minimum amount of water. Prepared coffee is poured into a serving cup and warmed baked milk is added, optionally with sugar. Heat the milk slowly so that much more froth is formed. 1. If you have a coffee machine, then prepare an espresso coffee in this machine. In other cases, take a turk and pour coffee into it. I recommend grinding coffee beans just before preparing the drink. This way, taste and aroma qualities will be preserved in it as much as possible.

5. Bring the coffee to a boil and remove the turkey from the heat. Leave it to infuse for 1-2 minutes. Pay close attention to the drink during the boil, as a foam forms on the surface of the coffee, which quickly rises, from which the drink can escape.
