2. Add sugar, stir until coffee granules are completely dissolved and leave to cool to room temperature. Milk must be boiled, so you will extend the shelf life of the drink.

3. Separate the whites from the yolks. Pour the whites into a clean, dry container and refrigerate. You won't need them for the recipe, so you can make meringues, scrambled eggs or fluffy pancakes from them. And place the yolks in a large container, in which you will continue to prepare the liquor.

4. Take the whisk and beat the yolks with a mixer at high speed until a lemon color and fluffy air mass is formed.

5. Pour the coffee milk into the whipped yolks and stir with a mixer.

6. Pour in the rest of the milk, if you didn’t mix everything with coffee, and stir as well. Taste the liquid and add sugar to taste as needed. Then pour in the cognac and also stir. Try again and if you run out of alcohol, add more.
